The main jewel in this sound library is an expressive “seamless legato” articulation, which features a wide, passionate vibrato with a unique performance swell as each note grows and sustains. There’s also a separate preset for a more agile “leggiero” legato, which may be preferred for faster playing, and features a more subdued vibrato.
Tina's expressive solo acoustic cello performance was captured at the MGM Scoring Stage at Sony Pictures Studios and brought to you as a lively “seamless legato” articulation. This is complemented by several additional articulations including spiccato, marcato, harmonics, sul ponticello, and vibrato pizzicato.
